Powerful Proximity Consulting ("Powerful Proximity," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of PPC Media Services, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information we collect, use, and share in the course of operating our consumer data services. This Privacy Policy explains our practices with respect to information collected through our websites, landing pages, APIs, and lead-generation partners (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information from consumers who submit inquiries through our proprietary and partner landing pages:
- Identifiers: full name, postal address, email address, telephone number(s).
- Financial and Consumer Interest Data: self-reported information relevant to the inquiry (e.g., mortgage balance, debt amount, homeownership status, insurance interest).
- Technical Data: IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, timestamps, device type, and page interaction data.
- Consent Artifacts: TrustedForm certificates, Jornaya LeadiD tokens, opt-in copy shown, and the exact URL where consent was captured.
2. How We Collect Information
Information is collected directly from consumers who voluntarily complete forms on landing pages that we operate or that our vetted marketing partners operate. Every collection point discloses (i) the categories of businesses that may contact the consumer, (ii) the communication channels used, and (iii) that consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. How We Use Information
- To match consumer inquiries with the products, services, or offers they requested.
- To transfer or license consumer records to our clients (mortgage lenders, debt-relief providers, solar installers, home-services companies, insurance agents, and similar businesses).
- To generate and store consent artifacts (TrustedForm, Jornaya, IP, timestamp) for compliance and audit purposes.
- To improve the quality, deliverability, and compliance of our data programs.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4. How We Share Information
We share consumer information with:
- Clients and Buyers who license real-time, live-transfer, or aged consumer records in the verticals we serve.
- Service Providers that host our systems, deliver telecommunications, verify consent tokens, or process payments on our behalf under written contract.
- Compliance and Regulatory Bodies where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order.
- Affiliates within the PPC Media Services family of companies for the operational purposes described above.
We do not sell information about children under 18. We do not knowingly market to consumers on federal or state Do Not Call registries outside of their expressed prior written consent.
5. Legal Bases (GDPR)
For individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases: (a) consent, (b) performance of a contract, (c) compliance with a legal obligation, and (d) legitimate business interests that are not overridden by the individual's fundamental rights.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of that information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Withdraw consent to future contact at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through our contact form. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 45 days).
7. Do Not Call and Communication Preferences
To be removed from all marketing communications originated by Powerful Proximity Consulting, submit a request through our contact form with the subject "DO NOT CONTACT" and include the phone number(s) and email address(es) to suppress. Removal requests are honored within 10 business days.
8. Data Retention
Consumer records and their associated consent artifacts are retained for the period required to support delivery, dispute resolution, and regulatory recordkeeping — typically no longer than five (5) years from the date of collection, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including access controls, encryption in transit, monitored infrastructure, and vetted partner agreements. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our Services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated on this page prior to taking effect.
